Green Plus is a program of the Institute for Sustainable Development to provide smaller enterprises affordable, actionable information for becoming more sustainable and to help them be rewarded for their efforts. The Morrisville Chamber has partnered with the Institute to provide Chamber members with the opportunity to participate in the Green Plus program at a discounted rate. Businesses and non-profits participating in the program receive:
(1) Access to the Green Plus Platform, an extensive database of sustainability advice;
(2) Access to Green Plus sustainability diagnostic tools;
(3) Listing on the national Green Plus Directory (upon completion of the Green Plus diagnostic tool);
(4) Opportunity for Green Plus certification. Certified Green Plus businesses are entitled to use of the Green Plus logo, listing on the Certified Green Plus list, press opportunities, and a chance to compete for the Green Plus Sustainable Enterprise of the Year Awards.
